From January 2024 to September 2024, I worked at Farhat Bakery Equipment as a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer. During this time, I was responsible for designing the first and second dough proofers. Collaborating closely with senior engineers, I contributed to the development and refinement of innovative designs, conducting FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure the structural integrity and optimal performance of our projects.
In addition, I played a key role in designing a new multi-level loading conveyor. This project was developed from scratch with the support of the chief engineer.
I also prepared detailed shop drawings to streamline the manufacturing process. These included precise specifications for laser cutting, CNC machining, lathe operations, milling, and assembly processes. A video showcasing this work was uploaded by the CEO, Eng.
